Littlstar VR Cinema on PSVR offers an Offline Playback mode for Sideloaded videos on Premium and Licensed accounts. To enter Offline Mode, you may need to uncheck the "Connect to the Internet" box in the PS4 settings. To do so, follow this guide. When the app boots up, a loading modal should appear offering you to "Go to Offline Mode".
